The Geocacher's Creed

Every year and no matter on what show I go out of my way to make sure that the Geocacher's Creed is discussed.  I can't help it really, there is just way too much information held in those words and examples to be ignored. Sure it is a voluntary premise that geocachers do not have to follow. No one is holding a weapon on them making sure a order of standards are obeyed. On the other hand in a world of fast park and grabs plus everything is about the numbers. It really couldn't hurt to shout out loud some common sense every once in a while.

During the recording of The GeoSnippits Reboot Podcast: Episode 010 - Geocacher's Creed we all found out that when the website for the Geocacher's Creed went down that our good friends Cache-Advance.com took it upon themselves to take over and keep the site alive. We would personally want to thank Lisa and Cache Advance for keeping the Geocacher's Creed going!

So take a couple of minutes and think about what the individual parts of the Geocacher's Creed can mean to you. If you want to learn a whole bunch more about it be sure to listen to our GeoSnippits Reboot Podcast or watch our show on you tube. Just search for GeoSnippits or Headhardhat.

Enjoy!
