Found this little guy sunning itself on the greenway during my lunchtime walk. Just shows snakes are active and to be careful out there. They don't have to be venomous to bite.

some of the folks at a CITO this past weekend found a 3ft eastern king snake... kinda cool. One of the attendees is an experienced snake handler so I got up close more than I normally would with such a creature in the wild.
