Behind The Scenes: Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) - Geocacher Dave (Debaere) Debaeremaeker

Andy HeadHardHat Smith in the GeoSnippits Studios with
Co-Host Courtney Wallin on monitor.

If you missed last night's recording of Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) you missed out on some real geocacher fun. You see we finally had my friend, geocacher and bicycle enthusiast Dave (Debaere) Debaeremaeker on as our special guest. Yes I had to get in one last dig on poor Dave who last week could not make it to the show due to an unfortunate altercation with a hill, his bike and gravity. Fortunately he was not seriously hurt but I can bet he sure was sore. Ultimately I was very happy to have my friend on our show.

So lessee, the show itself went along great except for a couple of glitches. We were experiencing some weird wind tunnel effect for some reason that eventually went away. Not sure how much of that will be in the actual final footage but we shall see. Our loverly producer and co-host Courtney Wallin is extremely talented and can edit with the best. Anyway, the show went great once that particular gremlin was extinguished which is always a good thing.

Geocacher Debaere  - Tonight's show guest.
Dave, Dave and even more Debaere. You never know how an interview is going to go until you actually do it. Dave - Debaere is a very inspiring geocacher and we have hit it off from the first time we met at the Geocache In Space (L.E.I.F.) event earlier this year. In fact we went geocaching for an afternoon in the Raleigh, NC area just a month or so back. Had a fantastic time. So even though he admittedly was a bit nervous you couldn't tell a bit and we gabbed for the entire length of the show. We talked about how Dave started geocaching in Belgium and even though he is Canadian the bulk of his geocaching career is here in the States. We discussed about all sorts of geocaching insights and you will just have to see the episode when it comes out in the next day or so. Let's just say it is jam packed with geocaching greatness.

Our Geocaching World Cache Stash was sponsored by GxProxy.com this week and the prize was a very cool carabiner. Plus they announced a brand newly minted geocoin that you should go to their website to see. It's gorgeous!

Needless to say this was a winner of a show and you really should see it when it becomes available in your favorite podcatcher application. Next week we will be talking about favorite geocache items you can not geocache without. If you have any suggestions please email to headhardhat@gmail.com and they just might get mentioned on the show.
Oh and almost forgot, I want to thank a whole bunch of Geocaching World viewers who hung around in the Google+ hangout after the show. We must have talked for a half hour or so about different geocaching things including one of our viewers from Germany gave us some great information as well. Was really interesting and again thanks!

We record Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) every Tuesday night at 6:30pm ET. You can be part of our live audience by going into our Ustream Chatroom where you can see our live feed of the show as we record and/or you can join our Google + hangout by circling  +Andrew Smith.

See you next week,

Andy HeadHardHat Smith

Behind The Scenes: Geocaching World - Spills, Chills and Thrills

Well my wondrous and amazing viewers we had all sorts of spills, chills and thrills with last nights recording of Geocaching World (RVNN.tv). So much went on it is hard for me to put it all in a few terse yet meaningful contexts. So lets start at the beginning.

Dave 'Debaere' DeBaeremaeker a good friend of mine and fellow geocacher was supposed to be our special guest on the show. That was until I received a chilling text from his wife telling me that Dave flipped his bike and was heading for the hospital! Hokey smokes Bullwinkle, I was actually stunned for a few moments. First off I didn't know if the bike meant bicycle or motorcycle. Thankfully later on I found out it was a bicycle. Next how bad was poor Dave? Here it was an hour before the show and not only was I concerned about my friend I also had to scramble to get enough content to replace what we were going to discuss with Dave. Stay Calm, Don't Panic.

Dave and HHH
Thankfully about 15 minutes later or so I received a phone call from Dave apologizing for not being able to do the show. I was so relieved that he was okay the rest didn't matter. Apparently my peddling pal was heading downhill and tried to stop by using more front brake than back. Resulting in some hurt ribs and I can imagine a bunch of other hurts. At least his injuries were not severe. Okay we can always reschedule now I can concentration on the show.

Luckily for me when I created the show notes for this episode it had a lot of filler content. Meaning when we have people on the show I always have a lot of extra stuff to talk about just incase the interview runs quick. A reassuring text from my cohort in crime Courtney Wallin let me know we were covered and to just proceed normally.  Phew!

Okay so the show itself went great even though we missed our Geocaching guest. We started with an explanation of what happened to Dave and then proceeded with a really great discussion about suggested topics from our Geocaching audience. We started with a talk about a recent Geocaching based bomb scare, followed by how Geocaching has an environmental footprint and is it harmful, plus several other topics. The chat room and handouts were buzzing with comments, suggestions and insights as usual. Must say, the show is just not the same without you there.

The highlight of the show was of course the announcement of the Chris Mackey Limited edition book. We had tons of entries that were sent in and many were double entries when having our Geocaching World logo or words included.

The winner who was chosen by drawing from one of my ammo box Geocaches was VICTORIA NICHOLS! We will be sending her the book this week - Congratulations. Victoria actually joined us in the Google+ hangout just after the show ended and didn't even realize she had won. That was so cool being able to tell her in person.
Victoria Nichols our contest winner!
All in all the show was heavily discussed in content and opens up a bunch of other discussions as well. I highly recommend you watch it when it becomes available in the next day or so.

We record Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) every Tuesday night at 6:30pm ET. You can be part of our live audience by going into our Ustream Chatroom where you can see our live feed of the show as we record and/or you can join our Google + hangout by circling +Andrew Smith.

See you next week.

High Noon Compass Rose Geocoin

The 2011 Compass Rose Geocoin® is about the critical importance of the sun and navigation. Navigation by the sun was practically second nature a thousand years ago, even though it was not as accurate without special tools as today's methods. It was very important to know where the sun tracked across the sky and exactly where it would rise and set depending on the season. Since the 1700s, knowing the sun's declination was imperative to calculate longitude. Knowing how to gain longitude was very important to calculate accurate navigation and map making.
The compass rose sun design on the 2011 Compass Rose Geocoin was derived from a map made in 1613 which covers half of the world on the Atlantic side. Normally, maps containing a great level of artistic detail were not accurate and made only for sale to the general public as display pieces. Ship's captains knew better than to use these kinds of maps; however, this map was not only artistic but also informative.
If you look closely at the different versions of the 2011 Compass Rose Geocoin, you will notice there are two different front side metal designs. One has a raised metal design and other has a recessed metal design. Not only did we make different versions with different colors and finishes, but we added another aspect of using two front dies which truly makes a variety of versions that are very different from each other.
The back of the geocoin illustrates the Copernican astronomical system. It shows the tilt of the earth at its equinoxes along with other planets. The outer ring outlines the zodiacs according to how the constellations are aligned with the sun during the year. Each planet in the coin is represented with a Swarovski gemstone.
  • Measures 2" in diameter
  • Imitation hard enamel colors
  • Two different front side dies
  • Swarovski gemstones
  • Trackable on Geocaching.com
  • A unique icon shows on your profile when you log a discovery
  • The limited edition coins have their own unique icon
Each coin version is named after different aspects of the sun's positions:

  • Midnight Sun (polished nickel, recessed front) - Represents when the sun is at its highest or lowest point in the sky (winter and summer solstices) when the sun shines for 24 hours day over the frigid winter landscapes.
  • Daybreak (black nickel, raised front) - Signifying when the sun first rises at the horizon and marking that location to gain an idea of your latitude based on the season.
  • Eclipse - (black nickel, recessed front) - Only occurring during a new moon, solar eclipses have played a significant part in referencing historical and religious events. The Chinese scientist Shen Kuo, 1031-1095 AD, also used eclipses as his reasoning for why planets were spherical instead of flat; an understanding that became vital for accurate map making.
  • Dawn to Dusk (polished gold, recessed front) - Tracking the sun from the morning to the evening is key to good navigation and knowing its ecliptic as each day passes through the seasons.
  • Twilight edition (polished gold, raised front) - Related to the sailor's weather predicting phrase of, "Red sky at night, sailor's delight."
  • High Noon (antique bronze, recessed front) - LE version made available to the public. This version represents true high noon when the sun is at its highest point in the daytime sky. This position of the sun is the most critical when taking sextant readings to calculate latitude.
  • Dawn's Early Light (polished gold, raised front) - Private LE version.
  • YemonYime version (green coloring) - LE version made for the artist who significantly helped with the artwork for this coin.
Be sure to sign up to CoinsAndPins.com's mailing list to be notified when all of these amazing geocoins will be available. http://www.coinsandpins.com/geocoins/compass-rose-geocoin

Behind The Scenes: Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) Ep. #912 - Geocaching Events Breakdown

Last night's episode of Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) was on Tuesday instead of our usual Thursdays due to the holiday season and some schedule changes. Even though we recorded LIVE on a different night the chat room still was hopping with people and I think we were actually close to breaking an occupancy record. Very cool and you really have to be in there chatting away to really appreciate all the information and conversations that goes on during the show. So you just have to be there to know what we mean. What are you waiting for?

The best way to help people understand a concept is to demonstrate it. Courtney Wallin and I discussed what geocaching events are, what you can do at them and how to set one up.

Courtney Wallin

This was Courtney's first time being co-host during Geocaching World instead of behind the studio production boards and she did a terrific job. I really think that since she has been with us from the start and even has found some recent geocaches that she will make a great addition to the show. I know the chat room has given her a very friendly geocacher welcome. I very much look forward to working with her as well. Now if we can get Managing Director Andy McCaskey more comfortable with production.... but that is another story <jk>.  Andy did great even though we had to restart the intro of the show three times.  All part of the fun when doing live recordings. I was very impressed with Andy of his switching abilities. We had a lot of photos and videos sprinkled through the whole show and he didn't miss a beat. Thanks Andy!

This week's episode discussed everything you wanted to know about geocaching events. From Meet and Greets, Flash Mobs and CITO events to the Megas. The idea was to hopefully plant the idea into our viewers that next year when the weather gets nice that maybe they could host a geocaching event and it really isn't all that difficult to do.

We broke down all the different types of geocaching events out there and why we have them. Then we went into great detail of the different aspects, activities and considerations that would go into hosting your own event. We had lots of interaction with our world wide chat room. Tons of comments and suggestions came from there and we used in the show. Thank You Chat-Room. For all the incredibly great info you are going to have to see the entire episode for yourself. It should be out within a couple of days of this posting.

The prizes from our Geocaching World Cache Stash were nice indeed. One was from our friends at CoinsAndPins.com which was a 250 Finds Geo-Achievement Patch. The second was an unactivated Cache-A-Maniacs geocoin. The questions were pretty easy this week. Hey it is the holiday season.

All of our released Geocaching World episodes are available in iTunes and on the RVNN.tv website but if you did not make it to the live recording you can see it when it is released soonly.

Usually Geocaching World is recorded LIVE each and every week on Thursday at 6:30pm EST. ***SPECIAL NOTE*** For the week November 20th we will be recording on TUESDAY the 22nd!

We meet up in the chat room here: www.ustream.tv/channel/rvnn-live.

If you are a company who would like to participate with our Geocaching World Cache Stash Sponsorship Program and donate prizes for our show please email geocache@rvnn.tv for more details.

See you next week.

Behind The Scenes: Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) Ep. #911 - Geocaching Winter Preparedness

We had so much fun doing last nights Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) TV show. The chat room which is a regular feature when we record the show was once again hopping with geocachers. What I love so much about the chat room is that not only do we have a whole bunch of regulars from all around the world but they make any new viewers feel immediately welcome. One of the many other benefits of being in the chat room is all the great discussions that go on. In fact we feed off each other during the show. Many questions and comments are mentioned as we record so the chat room keeps everything going.

Tonight's episode was all about Geocaching Winter Preparedness and this covered two main discussions. The first was a maintenance attitude with the cold wintry weather coming and what you may need to do to keep your hidden geocache in great shape. The second key point is being prepared when you are actually outside in the cold which also includes those emergency situations where you may get stuck or caught off guard.

There is so much great information in this episode I highly recommend all geocachers to give this a watch or listen to.

Once again we had really nice prizes from our Geocaching World Cache Stash. Prize #1 was a geocaching whistle and Carabiner from GxProxy.com. Prize #2 was an amazing benchmarking geocoin from our friends at CoinsAndPins.com. Thanks once again to all of our sponsors who contribute to our Cache Stash!

We once again were simulcasting live on The TechPodcast Network and it was so great to have our friends there coming along for the fun.

All of our released Geocaching World episodes are available in iTunes and on the RVNN.tv website but if you did not make it to the live recording you can see the uncut episode right now by clicking the link here:
http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/18436448  the released version should be available in the next few days.

Usually Geocaching World is recorded LIVE each and every week on Thursday at 6:30pm EST. ***SPECIAL NOTE*** For the weeks of November 13th and November 20th we will be recording on TUESDAYS the 15th and 22nd!
We meet up in the chat room here: www.ustream.tv/channel/rvnn-live.

Behind the Scenes: Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) Meet and Greet #907 - The Positive Side of Geocaching

Tonights episode of Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) put the spotlight on the positive aspects of Geocaching. Dave and I of course started off by talking something almost completely off subject right from the start. How we went from talking about geocaching goodness to suddenly discussing the Andy Griffith Show, Pilot Mountain and what Barney's favorite drink was. I just don't know but hey, it's how we role.

We had some great photos from Pingvoyager kayaking and a Brazos Walking Stick Giveaway Contest photo from Warren. This led to a perfect segway to tell everyone that because of some scheduling issues we are going to record the show next week on Tuesday instead of our regular Thursday. That also means that the Contest has been extended an extra week to now Thursday October 27, 2011 where we will have the drawing live on the show.

Once we actually started talking about the topic of the show we discussed what I feel is a major impact to places all around the world in regards to geocaching. So which meant were talking about CITO events. That is Cache In and Trash Out. Geocachers take great pride in how we keep out game board (basically the world) clean. CITO events get multitudes of geocachers together to clean up a particular area. This goes above and beyond the standard practice of picking up trash we normally do.

As for prizes we gave away a Cache-A-Maniacs geocoin and a CoinsAndPins.com gold ingot traveler tag.

There is so much more positive things Geocaching does and I don't want to spoil the show so be sure to check it out once it goes into distribution. We might have a sneek peek early and I will let you know when that happens.

Don't forget next week only we are recording Geocaching World on Tuesday at 6:30pm EST. We meet up in the chat room here: www.ustream.tv/channel/rvnn-live.

If you are a company who would like to participate with our Geocaching World Cache Stash Sponsorship Program and donate prizes for our show please email geocache@rvnn.tv for more details.

Behind The Scenes: Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) Episode #906 Puzzle Geocaches - Meet and Greet

One of the advantages of writing my Behind the Scenes posts for Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) is usually I can replay the show right away (because it gets recorded) and I can then type while watching so I don't miss anything. Welllll, the show was recorded on RVNN.tv's side so you will get to see it early next week but it didn't get recorded on the Ustream side. So I am going to have to wing it. Here goes.

Had a really jam packed show last night with our special guest Michael Weiner from geocaching team TeamDotOne. We asked Michael to come on because our show was about Puzzle Geocaches. TeamDotOne has over 9000 finds to their credit with a bunch of them being Puzzles. In fact they had just traveled that day from Ohio to Arizona to complete several puzzle series and power trails.

Speaking of power trails, a large portion of discussion with Michael discussed power trails. Creative Director, Dave Dufour was intrigued by the fact that a geocacher could obtain the number of geocaching finds from a power trail in one day. Michael went on to explain that they planned on doing the Route 66 power trail and get over 800 geocaches in a single day. Was neat to see Dave light up like that with those types of geocaching prospects.

After we finished out Meet and Greet talk with Michael we gave away two prizes from one of our Cache Stash sponsors CoinsAndPins.com.  The first was a top end Lanyard and the second was a really nice Angel geocoin.

During tonight's episode we officially kicked off the Brazos Walking Sticks Giveaway contest where any of our Geocaching World viewers can enter to win one of Brazos "Traveler" Walking Sticks. Details if you go here:
http://headhardhat-geocache.blogspot.com/2011/10/get-your-geocaching-world-signs-ready.html.
The contest goes from now until the end of day October 18th. The drawing will be done live on our show October 19th, 2011. So get your entry in soon!

Oh yeah, we had a theme to tonight's show which was Puzzle Geocaches. We discussed the two basic types which are either the ones where you have to figure out the coordinates to find the geocache or once you found it you had to get the logbook out. Tons of information but you will have to see the entire episode to get it all!

Again a packed show with a full chat room of geocachers and a whole lot of fun throughout. Again the show should be released to iTunes and all our distributors early next week. Stay tuned!

You can join us each and every week as we record Geocaching World on Thursdays at 6:30pm EST. We meet up in the chat room here: www.ustream.tv/channel/rvnn-live

Behind The Scenes: Geocaching World (RVNN.tv): Smorgasbord of Topics #905Meet & Greet

It is official, we love doing Meet and Greet style formats for Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) shows. They are so much fun and has a completely relaxed atmosphere to it. We get to goof around a bunch more like tonight when Creative Director, Dave Dufour was all dressed up in a tie, I punked him by also wearing a tie over my tie-dye tshirt.  We also have a more direct communication with the viewers in the the chat-room.

Tonight's episode was kind of a Smorgasbord of Topics which happens when we have a bunch of different subjects to talk about but none of them by themselves would fill a whole section or show. We talked about interesting geocaching goodness like using Triangulation to find a geocache, showed a website that makes converting map coordinates easy and showed off a Decoder Geocoin. There is a whole bunch more but you really should see the show to appreciate all of it.

For the Geocaching World Cache Stash Sponsorship we introduced CoinsAndPins.com who has donated all kinds of great prizes for the show. We gave away a trackable tag and a really cool geocoin. Thanks so much to CoinsAndPins.com for being a part of the Cache Stash!

We also announced the next big Give-A-Way Contest. The fine folks at Brazos Walking Sticks has donate a hand made trackable walking stick. We will be doing a complete review on the prize which will be shown in my  blog and all the details for the contest will be reveled in next weeks show.

Phew, so much stuff and we only touched the surface. Again watch the whole show when it comes out on iTunes, The TechPodcast Network, Blubrry, Roku and a host of other distributors.  Thanks for the folks who did join us in the chat-room and on the TechPodcast Network for watching. You really do make the show more fun to do!

You can join us each and every week as we record Geocaching World on Thursdays at 6:30pm EST. We meet up in the chat room here: www.ustream.tv/channel/rvnn-live

Behind The Scenes: Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) - #31 Geocoinfest US 2011 - Meet and Greet

Last night's show was just a powerhouse of great discussion, lively guests and a packed chat room that took a life of it's own. Amazing!

This episode of Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) started off early. The chat room started filling up about 20 to 30 minutes before setup time. I always like that because it gives me more time to chat with our viewers. Our first of two guests on the show was our Vonage: Time To Call iPad 2 Giveaway winner: Giancarlo Herrera. Giancarlo is an amazing young man who not only loves to geocache but who also has his own geocaching based podcast called the GeoCraze Podcast. We congratulate him on winning such an amazing prize!

Our second guest is one of the organizers to this year's Geocoinfest US 2011 Mega Event. Scott Seegars described to us all the details that are going to be happening this October. I am really excited about Geocoinfest because I will actually be attending it and also am a guest speaker. There will be lots more details when I get back and we will be featuring them in one of the upcoming Geocaching World episodes.

Did I mention how packed the chat room was? One of the main concepts behind the new Meet and Greet style shows is ability to be more relaxed and literally chat with everyone. We had discussions, questions and remarks all night from the chat room and to me personally THAT really dictates our show. The more interaction we have with our viewers the more fun it is for everybody. So now would be the best time to say thanks for everyone who did attend and we look forward to seeing you back and encourage even more to stop by and share the wealth of geocaching knowledge.

There was so much information we had to go through we almost forgot to give away our weekly prize for the show. ALMOST that is. This weeks winner received a cool 8 1/2" wristband from GeoSurvivalGear.com. We will be getting that and some of the backlogged prizes out in the mail this weekend.

Well that's all for now. Oh, before I forget I also wanted to welcome all the new viewers from The TechPodcast Network in which we simulcast not only the entire Geocaching World feed but we usually have 30 minutes or so to just chew the fat some more about geocaching with the chat room after the show. Again welcome to the show!

Geocaching World is recorded LIVE each and every week on Thursday's at 6:30pm EST. You can be a part of the show by going in our video chat room here: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/rvnn-live

If  you would like to be a guest on Geocaching World, participate in our Cache Stash Sponsorship program, have show suggestions, photos or ideas - boy that is a lot :)  Send it to geocache@rvnn.tv, again thanks!

See you next week!

Behind The Scenes: Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) Episodes #27 Eric From Groundspeak #28 Placing Your First Geocache Part 2

I find myself smiling once again when typing down the behind the scenes RVNN.tv goodness and thinking back about all the things that goes on when we record Geocaching World. We did two shows and had one heck of a fun session. The only bummer for the whole night was Producer Courtney Wallin was not there due to her not feeling well. We missed her A LOT and in fact many GW viewers sent Courtney emails of get well wishes. Our viewers are the best. Some how though we did manage to get through the evening. Did I mention we missed Courtney? Managing Director Andy McCaskey had his hands full while we recorded the shows as he filled in for Courtney and did all the things a Managing Director does. Mostly it's to wrangle Dave and I when we get off on one of our tracks. Like say for example as we break out in quotes from The Three Stooges. What can I say we do have fun.

Some very cool things of note that happened during the show. We had viewers in the chat room last night from New Zealand , Prague of the Czeck Republic and Canada! Not to mention all across the USofA. That is so great and we really appreciate you all being there.

Anywho, Our first show we had as our guest Eric Shudiske from Groundspeak via Skype. We talked about everything from the new geocache type known as Challenges and what they are. Then the discussion turned to Eric's trip with the Groundspeak film crew as they explored and filmed geocaching in Germany and the Czeck Republic. There was a whole lot more and we will save it for you to enjoy when you actually see the released show. Needless to say it was a great show and the chat-room agreed.

Our second show we still had a packed chat-room and Creative Director Dave Dufour and I talked more about what you should know about placing your first geocache. It was sort of a continuance from a show we did last week. We had so much material to cover and it was important to get it all so when a geocacher does place a hide, they are well prepared.

Finally after both shows were complete we did Monday's edition of RVNN LIVE which is a daily collection of everything that happens at the RVNN.tv studios. So even after four hours worth of taping we still had a good crowd going in the Chat-Room. It is a lot of fun watching how the shows are made and all the behind the scenes stuff that goes on. I like watching it too!

Behind The Scenes: Geocaching World (RVNN.tv) - Episode #26: Placing Your First Geocache

Wow, all I can say about last night's live recording of Geocaching World is wow. It was a night of experimentation, really cool prize give-a-ways and all around good times.

I personally started early when Creative Director Dave Dufour asked me if I wanted to be a part of the days episode of RVNN Live. Since I had already my equipment like lighting, sound and computer systems in place it was a no brainer. There Managing Director Andy McCaskey, Dave and myself talked about all things RV for about 45 minutes or so. We always have such a good time just talking the time flys by.

Next thing I knew Producer Courtney Wallin was getting things ready for our recording of Geocaching World. During this time I am busy getting the word out to all of my Google+, Twitter and Facebook fans that the show is about to begin recording. Then I get all my show notes in order via my Ipad2 and netbook which I monitor the chat room during the show. Finally on my main computer I get my Skype hookup in place and any other props or items I may want to show during the taping. It is an unusual balance of controlled chaos but we have been doing this for a while and I am used to it.

Tonight was a bit different for a couple of reasons. One, we all really wanted to see if we could work in a Google+ Hangout. This is a conference type of application where you can have up to ten people video chatting at the same time. Long story short. Going to take some more testing and tweaking. Skype and Google+ do not play together well, but we will keep at it.

The second reason the show was a bit different was we were giving away a couple of really nice prizes only to the people who were in the chat room during the taping. The prizes included a very cool key-chain donated from GeoSurvivalGear.com and the second was an actual Cache-A-Maniacs Geocoin. We will be posting more about our GW Cache Stash sponsorship program in an upcoming post. So more later.

The show itself went great. we had Pingvoyager from North Carolina on in the first segment talking about his and his friend Luckysgirls's night time geocaching adventure via kayak. We had a little problem with some delay issues but overall a great discussion.

Segments two and three Dave and I talked about many of the things you need to consider if placing a geocache. We had so much content that this is going to come up again in a future episode. The whole point to it was to get Dave enough information to place his first geocache correctly. More information about that in the show.

So with the record crowds in the chat-room, all the great discussions with the viewers and with each other the night was a complete success and a whole lot of fun. RVNN.tv gave out five stickers to the chat-room and so there were a whole lot of happy people. We hope you can attend our next recording and join in the fun.

Scheduled for our next recording will be Monday, August 15th. We plan on doing two shows starting at 6:30pm EST. Our planned special guest will be Eric Schudiske from Groundspeak.

Cya there!
